FAQ

How do I restore purchases?

Open the paywall or Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Subscription status is restored through Apple for your Apple ID.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Use Apple subscription settings. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple.

Why might reminders not appear?

Doseva uses local iOS notifications. Delivery depends on your notification permission and iOS/device settings, such as Focus mode and system notification behavior.

Does Doseva require an account?

No in-app account or login flow is used in the current app code.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Doseva can generate a PDF report and open the iOS share sheet so you can save or share it.
